If you want to improve your leg attack game this is the set to get. Gokor's been doing leglocks forever and he knows all the nuances of how they work. I picked up so many small details that really upped my success on getting the tap. I've been submitting a lot of upper belts with my straight ankle locks and toeholds lately. What really blew me away however was his teaching on leglock escapes. He shows what to do to escape early and then what to do if they really have the lock on deep. On the heel hook one for example, he shows a few different escapes but then says why there is really only one good (and safe) way to escape. I like training leg attacks but I worry about getting seriously injured. Now knowing the proper escapes I feel quite a bit safer. If you watch nothing else on this set, watch and re-watch the escapes section. I had a pretty decent base of leglocks, but this dvd provided me with options from EVERYWHERE. The escape dvd makes this set really worth it as well. A great DVD set for anyone interested in learning more about the leg lock game. A fair amount of it is irrelevant to jiu jitsu competition but it is still goof information to have if you want to be a well rounded grappler. Clear, straight forward explanations of techniques. It is extremely viable and I would recommend it to anyone who is in search of improving their ground game playing footies. Bear in mind, however, that I believe the best bang for your buck is Erik Paulson's Killer Leg Logs. Erik tends to be a little more detailed when describing and you can actually understand the majority of his dialogue.
