The Best Cheese I’ve Ever Had
This cheese is delicious. Slightly sharp yet slightly sweet from the balsamic. Almost a carmelized taste. Perfect for charcuterie. Excellent with crackers or paired with some red grapes. Please Restock This Cheese!!!

Pleasantly Surprised-- This is Now My Favorite Cheese!

One of my all time favorite cheeses
Sartori BellaVitano in any format is a near perfect cheese. My wife and I stumbled across it years ago on the recommendation of a fromagier at a local cheese shop. Overall I would describe the flavor as being similar to a high quality parmigiano without being quite as salty or hard. It is a bit dense, but not dry. The best part is the salt crystals inside that just melt away after you taste them. Whenever we bring food to a party we always bring a wedge of this and it is always the first cheese to be gone. Everyone becomes a convert after trying it.

Great tasting cheese
Every time I serve this cheese at a party, everyone loves it and raves over the flavor. It is a little expensive and I have found it cheaper in Florida. Because it's a little expensive I do not buy it that often. But the flavor is definitely out of this world delicious!

You Feta brie-lieve it!
This is an incredible cheese, I tried it based on reviews and they were right! Magnificent! Unfortunately I was putting on too much weight eating this deliciousness and had to give up cheeses... but WOW is this stuff good!
