As Good as Fresh Leaves
AMAZING. I used to grow Kaffir lime trees in a container. There is nothing to replace this flavor, not even substituting regular lime leaves. I just received my first jar. The scent is "TRUE" Kaffir. I tried in a curry and this is everything in a flavor I had hoped for!
