It was strange that 9 month later, the battery capacity dropped dramatically.. it would go from 70% to 2% and then shut off... is normal to expect shorter battery life as time passes but this was very strange, so I talked to amazon, and they said refund time and return time had passed, but I still tried talking to the seller, and explaned to them the strange nature of the malfunction.. and they were EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE AND UNDERSTANDING. I explained in detail what had happened and they inmmediately offered to either resend a neew battery or refund my money, but since I actually need the battery, I wasnt interested in money so they sent me a battery right away..
