These paints saved the day for my art class. They cover all the basic colors you need and then some. They are beautiful colors and a very wonderful price. You won't be disappointed. Delivery is quick and satisfaction is guaranteed.

I've had these paints for a year and a half and really have no complaints. These paints are for beginners, hence the selection is vast. No beginner is going to go and buy a $12 tube of paint when you can get 36 tubes at $35. . It's a bargain, and the paint is perfectly fine. If you're finding lots of objections then you're not a beginner and shouldn't be using these paints anyway. I will make this suggestion though. Just paint from the tubes and don't push into pans. They do not dry well. So, if you're a pan painter I would suggest avoiding these.

You can’t beat this set because there is no way that you can get 24 tubes of this size (bigger than other brands) at $ 14! The quality is good and the colors are bright and nice. I always purchase this brand (US Art Supply) for my little Sun Goddess artist who loves painting. Actually the Sun Goddess has the complete art supply set made by this company (see my other reviews). This is a good company which makes solid products. The prices are great and the material is solid. I have purchased 2 of this set, one for Christmas and one for her birthday, because Sun Goddess goes through them like runner through the water! Sun Goddess strongly recommends them to all.

Definitely a big difference between these paints and more professional grade paints. I like to put a dollop of each color into my palette so that when it dries I can just spritz some water the next time I need to use it. I dislike the fact that it cracks and comes loose when it dries, rattling around my palette and mixing into the other colors' little cubbies. The pro-grade paints dry and stay where they are. Additionally it's difficult to really blend away brushstrokes once it's applied to your paper. However, you do get a TON of colors for the same price as you would get only 3 tubes of the pro stuff, so that was pretty exciting. I'm only taking a beginner water color class so quality isn't exactly that big of a problem. There may be other brands of water color paint out there that are a little more high quality but sell at the same price. This way at least you get a ton of paint to just practice with.

If your looking for clean vivid colors these are it. I like to paint the sun often, and cadium yellow or any mineral paint that has values of brown often does not work for me. The same goes for the other colors. These are clean, not muddy. I like them. I do use the other paints. Also this is a great value!

Good range of colours in large tubes, tubes used so far have all met expectations. Seems to be good value for the money.
