I contacted customer service, they suggested I try cleaning the connectors and refitting. This didn't work so they sent me a replacement screen. Customer service was very prompt at replying and they had no issue sending a replacement.I thought the toolkit was excellent.The instructions weren't great to be honest but as they recommend there are plenty of videos online with folk going through the process.The quality of the screen is spot on.
