Was looking forward to receiving it. It arrived about 10 minutes ago and when I opened up the package I was immediately disgusted. It looks like someone took it out and rolled it in dog poop before sending it to me. The label on it says 'new' but it has definitely been used for something. I have never been disappointed in anything I've ordered off Amazon but I am a little angry and disgusted at the condition of this item. Whoever shipped it had to have noticed it wasn't clean. Honestly I want to just throw it away instead of going through the hassle of sending it back but I want someone to see what a filthy disgusting item I was shipped.Update: The seller was nice enough to send me a new Footsie Roller without being asked to (which was very clean and nice), and a bonus scalp massage tool which is kind of neat. The effort was very much appreciated and it shows that this seller cares enough to want to make sure their customers are happy. Raising the rating to 4 stars because of the great response of the seller in trying to make things right.The new Footsie roller is very helpful when my plantar fasciitis acts up. Perfect for massaging and stretching the affected area. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heaven for sore plantar fascia *by E***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 15, 2011* Unlike the other reviewer, I haven't had a problem with the o-rings coming off. About those o-rings...I love using them to better dig into my foot. I use the middle for promoting blood flow. This is best used on hard floors or harder carpeting. It's not the best outdoors on grass or dirt since it doesn't roll very well. While a hard ball works great on the ground or in the hand, I don't find this product to be effective when I hold it in my hand...I believe the shape doesn't allow me to transfer enough force from my hand to my foot. That said, it's obvious that this device is meant to be rolled on the ground, so I won't take away a star because of that, but thought it was something buyers should be aware of.UPDATE: Another year has passed, and I still haven't had a problem with the o-rings coming off. My roller still looks brand new. I don't use my roller as often anymore because my plantar fasciitis has gone away. I would still highly recommend this to anyone with plantar fasciitis. I keep mine under my desk so I can massage my feet while spending too many hours seated in front of my computer.If you're looking for a ball like I mentioned earlier, a wooden ball the size of a tennis ball would be ideal. A pool table ball works, but is a little slippery.
