And I fell in love. Not only do these sheets make clean-up a breeze, I don't even need to use a pastry board anymore. The sheeets are perfect for kneading and rolling out dough. Now I use them for any messy task, whether it's preparing meals or messy home projects. I have gifted them to family members with small children, to use for craft or school projects, and they appreciate the ease of clean up as well as that the sheets protect surfaces. I can see many uses for these parchment sheets, even in workshops. Each corner has a sticky tab that adheres well to dry surfaces so that the sheets don't move. The only caution i would add is to not leave the tabs in place for too long. The longer they adhere, the harder they are to remove. They don't leave any residue or marks behind but after a while you may need to use a scraper or dull knive edge to pry the tab from the surface. They're still worth the potentially minimal effort, though. Also, I sometimes cut them in half for smaller tasks -- they cover a large area. They sure save cleaning up a whiz. 24x36 with sticky tabs in each corner to stay put on your counter or kitchen island.Whether making homemade noodles, biscuits or anything with dough, just fold up the mess and throw away. Counters are still clean.
