A product code ending -B is a bare tool which means you get the tool only, with no battery or charger or bag or anything. The bare tools are intended for people who already have enough batteries and chargers to meet their needs. If you don't already have batteries and chargers etc you're better off buying a kit. The code will be much the same but instead of ending -B it will end in -P1 or -T2 or similar. The kit comes with a battery and charger, and often also includes a case or bag of some description. The kit usually works out cheaper than buying the battery and charger separately, although sometimes the kit comes with a small battery. **Q: Does this product come with a carry bag?** A: No just the bare tool **Q: Does this come with a battery?** A: no. it does not. i bought the dewalt drill/driver which came with 2 batteries. this was a much better deal (before christmas) than buying the aforementioned parts individually **Q: If the drill burns up, who do you contact to get it replaced?** A: I would contact the manufacturer, DeWalt. I don't off hand know what the warranty covers nor what the length of the warranty is. But DeWalt could tell you. Before contacting them I advise you to find your receipt for when you purchased it. I think DeWalt has product registration, not completely sure if they do. It came just in time as I was putting a chair together that was impossible to torque down by hand due to limited access where this worked extremely well. It does have a lot of torque. Have only used on the low setting which works very well to control the speed. Durability seems fine has some weight to it and it's versatile enough to hold various drill bits Alan heads Etc.
