The two rear wheels rotate 360 degrees. The wheels are 7.5" which is a large size. When the individual gets tired, they can stop, lock the wheels with the two brakes on the handles, turn around and sit down and rest as long as they would like. With the brakes on and the individual sitting on the seat pad, the rollator does not move. There are locking brakes on the handles. You push down to lock them. They unlock easily by pushing them back up. The padded seat is okay. It would have been nicer if the seat was more padded or contour padded. You can store things by lifting up the seat pad. The sea pad is hinged and does no remove. The unit comes fully installed and completely folded in a box. The quality of the rollator is very good. It is a perfect choice for him because it holds weight up to 300pounds. It was easy to assemble and did not need a lot. I am legally blind and found it easy to adjust the handles to fit his height and add the bar in the back. It is not complicated at all. I like the seat and it is easy to fold up by pulling up on the strap under the seat/ it is not too heavy for me to life and fold up to put in the trunk of a car.
