It dried my psoriasis even more leading to more itching and flakes. Instead I use herbal Chinese cream(not east Asia, get the one with Chinese writings on it) overnight prior to washing my hair in the morning and washing them with Valquer ultra hydrating shampoo(any ultra hydrating will work I guess). All psoriasis shampoos have salicylic acid in them, which dries everything out, it works for some people I guess, but not for me.
