I originally purchased this for my dog that was having some joint issues. As I researched, I found that it works great for people too. I have been taking Cosamin for about a year now and I rarely have any joint pain. My joints just feel strong and cushioned. As for the dog, she runs around like a puppy. I plan to continue taking Cosamin until I die. ### ⭐ Yes, product works if you can swallow these tablets *by K***N on April 25, 2014* We ordered these instead of the capsules one time and found that these tablets are unusable. They are large and are rough -- as though coated with sandpaper. They literally tore our throats trying to swallow them.
