I had to piece together how to use it from the manual and youtube video. Despite having a 2 decimal readout, without a fine control it's hard to get a precise setting. If you need fine control you'll need that. But I did not find one with a fine readout and the voltage and Amp capacity of this one.FYI to people who buy this.
