I did have to drill out the holes on the AC bracket a little bit because it just barely was misaligned with the bolt holes on the cylinder head but aside from that they fit great. I run no inner fenders so clearance ain't an issue for me but keep in mind that they do stick out pretty far

It it's a very well designed and built Product.
