I was very disappointed to learn that none of the crystals light up when music plays. After resigning to keep the clock once I discovered no crystal lighting was the norm for this clock, we then discovered this clock will not silence the music. Tired of the frustration and trying to get this resolved, we took a video to demonstrate the issue. With the volume turned to the lowest point, the music is still at a level that would be merely comfortable for some.
