Will last until I get my money's worth. 2. Will not leave me in the dark unexpectedly. 3. Satisfies my urge for fun toys.This flashlight nearly completes all of those goals. The LED's can last a very long time. The solar cell can charge the battery for years to come. You don't need access to a battery store or mains power to charge it. If you are caught needing light more than was stored in daylight, you just crank it a while. You needn't crank it generally, so the crank won't wear out for a long time. It falls short in that it has a (replaceable) lithium ion battery with only about a four or five year fixed life. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars I like this *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2013* I will be able to tell how long the charge lasts better when I take this up north to the cabin. I keep one in my backpack for hunting, also in each vehicle for any time we need one. Plenty of light for getting around the woods if you need it. All in all, just about the best flashlight for general purpose I can imagine.
