I have used all functions and each one is easy to set up as long as you follow the instructions. (I have only used twice so far, so I am keeping the instruction guide handy until I am able to remember them. The remote control is really handy and for me I can change the functions without leaving the seat of my rower!! The 10 second delay is useful, as is the audible beeps. I also have a multi weights unit and I have used the clock to monitor the time spent on various reps. It is too early to know how long this clock will last, but the build looks of a decent quality.
