So, when the time came to replace my old set, I decided to order this one. My intention was to order a service for 12, but I decided to start with 4, see if I liked it, and then if so order the rest. Well, I used the set of 4 once, didn't like it, and decided to give it away.The good news is that it has the same positive attributes that I expect from Corelle: durable, made of glass (as opposed to cheap plastic), reliable production quality.However, I must confess I was disappointed by it.Once I saw the artwork up close, I found I didn't like it as much as the small photos here on Amazon had led me to think I would. Up close, the artwork looks kind of untidy. If I had seen this in person on a store shelf, I probably wouldn't have purchased it.Another issue is that the size and shape of the dishes doesn't fit well in my cupboard space. The dinner plates don't fit in the same space currently occupied by my old Corelle plates, and the same problem applies to the salad plates and bowls. The mugs are not stackable AT ALL, which is a huge problem for me.I tried using the set once to see if using it would make it grow on me. It didn't - when it came time to wash the dishes, the plates were so tall in my dishwasher that they bumped the blade attached to the base of the top shelf.
