Overall happy with the system.
Overall happy with the dual tire monitor system. Installed this on a motorhome with 22.5 inner steel and outer Alcoa aluminum wheels. Pressure readings via the colored flag are very close to actual pressures. Installation was simple but I have aluminum Alcoa outer wheels and the supplied bracket to allow use of the lug nut for mounting is too thick for use with these type wheels with standard wheel studs so the lug nut holding the bracket to the wheel stud barely engages all the threads. When I locate them I will be installing at least one longer inner wheel nut so the outer wheel nut will engage properly. One item to keep in mind is not to over tighten the hose connection to the valve stem or valve stem extensions and you will not have any leaking. These have been on for awhile now and I have not lost any air pressure through them. The 100 Psi model cuts off the air flow from the non leaking tire at almost exactly 90 Psi. This works great with the TPMS also installed on the motorhome with its alarm set at 92 Psi.

Works really well at what is designed to do.
We installed this in combination with a TPMS system that alerts the driver in the cab if tire pressure is outside of normal parameters. Within a week, one of our drivers ran over a large piece of road debris, which punctured the tire. The alert went off immediately. The crossfire separated the two tires and saved the pressure in the good tire so he could limp it to get fixed.

Good product
Works great. Definitely use soapy water to check for leaks. Gives you tire pressure at a glance and easy to fill both tires to same pressure for even tire wear

It works great for what I need it to do
I use this product on all my semis, for about 2 years now. It works great for what I need it to do: equalize the air pressure on a set (not axle) of dual tires. This allows the tires to have similar footprints, therefore run at the same temperatures. This has significantly prolonged the life cycle of my fleet's tires. The price is VERY reasonable, especially when considering that ONE new commercial truck tire is around $600 (no recaps here buddy). Installation: in my case, I wanted to use truck tire shop tools, to have a secure fit. I hate when lose stuff flies off trucks, ya know? And DOT frowns upon that kinda thing too. Make sure you choose the right PSI setting for your application, otherwise you're not helping your tires.

Pressure gauge scam
First one I bought came as a set for both sides of the tires the second one I bought for another truck came with only one side

Works but ...
The product works great but mounting it has been tough. I have a Winnebago with simulators, The mounting plate fits very shallow on the simulator and I worry about it coming loose all the time. I insure I tighten it up but still, there are few threads that can hold it on. I eventually will be spending more money to get just an axle cover and nut covers to alleviate this problem. On the other hand, these work great. Easy to fill and easy to check the pressure. Would I buy them again? Yes. I just would get axle covers first and get rid of my simulators.
