Your thumbs will point forwards more with more flex in the wrist. With the l bend you thumbs will be pointing upwards with less flex/stress in the wrist. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great solution for converting road bike to TT weekender *by M***S on January 29, 2016* Picked these up for converting my Specialised Roubaix into a TT bike for the 4ish Triathlons I do a year here in Australia. I took mine to the guys I use for my bike fit and they commented on how well put together it was and it was a quick 30 minute job to get the set-up done for my road position and TT aero position. Moving on the go is easy and works exactly as stated and much better than riding in the drops as I find this too low and it destroys your glutes. Great solution if like me you have a good road bike and can't (yet ....) justify a dedicated TT bike.
