Rockford Fosgate T1675-S Power 6.75" Series Component Speaker System

Haven’t installed yet, but impressive, packaging was good, speakers well built with large magnets, and grills look nice.

Replaced my alpine type r component set with these with matching t1 2 way 6/9's on a new punch 600/4 amp and these made my system come alive, as for the adapter plate, i would agree with another review that they are junk, luckily the plate for my alpines worked fine. The sound quality blows the type r and infinity references out of the water. Brings the upper sound stage in my fusion way up. Went trough a few brands, alpine, jl, and infinity, and these with matching rear speakers and fosgate amp with clean set up and it sounds amazing. Normally I would turn my system up to 30-35 for it to sound loud enough but took a drive after install and 25 was the loudest i needed it to sound loud and clear, got my crossover set to 80 and the midbass sounds good, these are great. I read another review with 1 star stating they were crackling, probably just a bad set. I am a audio fanatic and for mid level components ive never been happier. They wanted $350 for these at crutchfield and got them for $180 after tax new on amazon, what a great deal.

Pretty much flawless speakers. Unlike most tweeters these include hardware to mount a variety of different ways including flush mount and my favorite angled surface mount. Couldn't be happier. Main headache you might run into is the 6.5" woofers are a little deeper than a lot of speakers so plan on checking your mounting depth (via crutchfield or other) or using spacers to bring them out a bit. But they sound amazing, definitely worth it.

Self confessed car audio junkie.... Been rotating component speakers in the front doors for quite a number of years. Tried these for the last few months, and while they are competent, they're not great. Quality: The crossovers are well built, albeit a bit large. The tweeters are pretty nice, although the mounts are somewhat bizarre, but they work. Not sure why so many car speaker manufacturers make their tweeter mounts so difficult to adapt to many door panel types. The mid woofers are somewhat cheapo, in that the surround is made of soft plastic. They deform with any mounting screws and the speaker cone frame distorts pretty easily. Not optimal. Sound: I've run these with several different Amps during the past few months, looking for what makes them sound best. Tried Precision Power Class D 900.4, Pioneer Class D, Hifonics A/B and my old favorite, an older Crunch Powerone 900.4. The mid Bass tend to distort pretty easily at volume, regardless of how the gains are set. They will play loud, but they fall apart pretty easily on fast music, especially electric guitar driven rock and metal. The tweeters are another story all together. They are harsh, plain and simple. Its nearly impossible to set them up with the crossovers to sound "good" across all different types of music, and all different recording qualities. I've tried numerous equalizer settings, as well as crossover settings, but they are simply harsh and super bright on quite a bit of music. For as many tracks as they sound great on, there are as many tracks as they sound terrible, harsh, or distorted on. All in all, for the price, they're a decent starter higher end component set. But compared to other potential competitors, they're less than perfect. I'll be removing them and replacing them with my next conquest

Absolutely how I expected it to be BRAND NEW & in its original box !! First time buying from Sound Of Tri-State and it's 💯 legit. Definitely purchasing more in the future.

Bought two sets, one box was perfect, other was as well. On the other box one tweeter was damaged but seller was MORE than willing to work with my and my client! Will 100% buy product from them again if they have items my customers are looking for!

I ordered a used set of these from Amazon Warehouse Deals but I received the newer version instead of the one that is pictured on here. I would have much preferred the older ones but oh well, Rockford Power is Rockford power...no matter how you look at it. Just be warned, you might receive the newer ones instead of the older ones that is pictured above. As for the speakers, THEY ROCK!!! If you use your common sense, install them/connect them properly, and don't overpower them....they'll SCREAM!!!! Super loud speakers for their size, probably louder than most of these rubbish speakers that are 6-inches & above. And they also come with the adapter plates for 5x7/6x9 opening. Overall, great speakers, a bit pricey but you get what you pay, simple as that.

Wow! Installed these in the front of my 350z. Sound is extremely crisp, base notes are strong. Did an interesting install with the crossovers mounted near the amp (in the rear). Packaging was good. Came with a few different mounts for the tweets as well as grill options. In my install the tweets were a perfect match as were the speakers (with additional 1" extension mounts). So, none of the grills or mounts were needed. Complaint: No long screws were include for the crossovers. They had 3M style tape on the back which would usually work well while sticking to the inside of the door. However, in my install I needed to screw them to the back of my sub box. There are 4 holes in the crossovers (one in each corner), but no screws. Weird, but no big deal. These speakers frickin' rock!

These play mids super nicely, sounds amazing.
