Nice pocket size sharpener
Works well. Very durable. This particular model has a fairly aggressive grit so I use it for first hone. Have another EZ lap with finer grit for final hone. They last for years if not abused. Clean occasionally to remove fines and improve performance

Excellent carry stone
I was scriptural, and I’m not the best at sharpening knives, but I’ve found this very useful so far. It works to correct and edge or polish it to a nice sharpness. I’ve not gotten razor sharp on just this stone, but that is probably more about me doing it wrong and less about the product.

Great materials and value
Wow! The reviews I read before buying must be from older stock. My stone is in perfect shape, rough but breaking it in with my older knives. The pouch is real leather. A darker oiled leather with solid and straight stitching. The company put a nice looking brand/stamp on one side of the pouch. Classy and practical. A few swipes and my dull benchmade cut paper. A bit more work and it’ll be a laser again. This thing seems to sharpen fast. Just get your angle correct. The diamond texture is on one side. The whole thing feels like a solid hunk of metal, not worried about it cracking or chipping like a true whetstone. Handy to keep around for quick maintenance being it doesn’t require lubrication. Great value for a pocket sized package. Super pleased with this purchase.

Nice peice. Works very well. I just wish the pouch was made to close so the stone doesnt slide out but the product works really well.

Great old school whetstone but with diamonds.
Great diamond stones for touching up an edge and sharpening hooks. Bought as a gift for an uncle and he loved it

I may have got one that made it through qc that shouldn't have
I have used this and other eze lap products for about 30 years and have always been 100% satisfied but this hone has come up short. I can't see or feel anything different but it does not perform as it should.
