Men's Crew Neck Thermal Top

I recently picked up a pair of 100% wool long johns for my husband, and let me tell you, he absolutely loves them! He’s been wearing them in below-freezing temperatures and feels perfectly warm, whether he’s outside or just lounging indoors. The best part? He doesn’t sweat or overheat, which is a huge win! He usually struggles with itchy wool fabrics, but these long johns are a game-changer—no irritation at all! He proclaimed them to be the best long johns he’s ever owned and is already asking for another pair. I followed their size chart, and it fit him like a glove! Taking care of them is a breeze too; I just toss them in the wash using cold water and lay them flat to dry. They’re ready in no time! Honestly, they’re worth every penny. I can’t wait to surprise him with another pair for his birthday!

This is an excellent top. The material has just the right feel and weight to it -- not too thick or thin, not too hot or cool, stretchy but not overly so. The stitching is flawless as far as I can tell. A bit on the slender side -- size large fits snugly and I'm only 5'9" 165 lbs. Extremely comfortable and the price is definitely right. Highly recommended.

Pros: comfy and helps with keeping warm. Very soft and arrived on time. Cons: definitely go a size up ( I usually get medium and should have gotten large as the sleeves are too short for me) also, the stitching around the wrist started coming loose fairly quick and came undone so I had to trim it to prevent further wear n tear Overall: good product and will buy again

I was worried about the material being itchy like other thermals but I found the inside of the shirt to be coated with a very soft material and its in no way itchy . I actually ordered a total of three shirts in 2 days after the inital order. The only drawback is the run a lil small so if you are in between sizes go up to the larger size. I normally wear a M but i could have ordered a L . Other than that they will stretch to fit .

I was quite surprised to see how thick it was when I opened it. Not your average long underwear type of clothing, and for that, I like it. I've worn it and it's quite warm for what it is. I am quite tall and thin (6/4" 195), and the XL was snug on my chest and stomach (which is fine for me), but short on the sleeves. I run into this issue a lot, but maybe I should have purchased an XXL.

Thermajohn is quality and warmth all wrapped up in one . Color never fades and shirt never shrinks.. also have some of these that are five years old still look and feel as new.

Fit is good

I purchased the Thermajohn Thermal Shirt to use as a base layer during early morning runs and colder commutes. While it does a fairly good job at providing light insulation and warmth, I was a bit disappointed with the overall quality of the material. The fit is snug and the compression feel is comfortable without being too tight, which I liked. It works well for layering under jackets or hoodies and does help retain body heat in moderately cold weather. However, after just a few washes, I started to notice some pilling and loose threads, especially around the sleeves and seams. The fabric also started to lose some of its stretch, which made it less comfortable over time. Additionally, the stitching on one of the sleeves began to unravel, which was frustrating considering I hadn’t even worn it for heavy activity. While it’s still usable, I expected better durability from a product designed for cold-weather performance. If you're looking for a budget base layer for occasional use, it might do the job, but if you need something long-lasting and durable, you may want to consider other options. Three stars.
