Review: Great item after a stroke. - My son had a stroke and this came in so handy. I bought this even before he started PT and it's helped him learn to feed himself again. Review: Love this! - I bought this for my son after speaking with his therapists. My son is visually impaired and was having issues with keeping food on his plate when using utensils, he eventually gave up on utensils and it was a fight every meal. With the addition of this plate (we also have the bowl) meal time is no longer a fight and he is successfully using his utensils again because of the plates ability to not only keep the food on the fork/spoon but help scoop it on as well. ## Features - cloth - Made in US - Suction cup base keeps the plate in place and reduces spilling accidents - Measures 6 3/4 inches in diameter - Plate is dishwasher safe - Molded of heat-resistant plastic ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #439,034 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #95 in Daily Living Dinnerware | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 out of 5 stars 256 Reviews | ## Images ![SP Ableware 745350012 Scooper Plate with Suction Cup Base, Blue - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81+iXGZpqyL.jpg) ![SP Ableware 745350012 Scooper Plate with Suction Cup Base, Blue - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81nozmT77GL.jpg) ![SP Ableware 745350012 Scooper Plate with Suction Cup Base, Blue - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31IbpNUV0HL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great item after a stroke. *by L***2 on January 15, 2026* My son had a stroke and this came in so handy. I bought this even before he started PT and it's helped him learn to feed himself again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this! *by A***N on March 28, 2021* I bought this for my son after speaking with his therapists. ### ⭐ Garbage *by S***A on May 6, 2016* This is easily the worst product I've ever purchased. It went in the trash approximately 2 minutes after its first use! The "suction cup" on the bottom of the plate is not attached to the bowl. It is a separate piece of rubber that fits around a ridge that sticks out from the bottom of the plate. It doesn't fit well at all so my daughter was able to just pick the plate up off of it like it wasn't even there. The suction part doesn't suction that well either because it's not a cup. So, even if you couldn't just pick the plate up off of it, it doesn't stick well. Most useless purchase ever. ## Frequently Bought Together - SP Ableware 745350012 Scooper Plate with Suction Cup Base, Blue - Maddak SP Ableware Scooper Bowl with Suction Cup Base, Blue - Nourislif Adaptive Utensils, Adaptive Utensils 4pcs for Hand Tremors,Elderly, Arthritis,Parkinsons-Built Up Utensils for Adults–Easy Grip Aids Handle–2.5oz Each Weighted Silverware for Hand Tremors --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.in/products/11058823-sp-ableware-745350012-scooper-plate-with-suction-cup-base-blue](https://www.desertcart.in/products/11058823-sp-ableware-745350012-scooper-plate-with-suction-cup-base-blue) --- *Product available on Desertcart India* *Store origin: IN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
