Today I woke up to find that one of them had simply fallen off (see picture). They appear to be very poorly glued together.I contacted to support to ask for a replacement, and they said they had to send a whole new 5 pack and that I would have to drop off the 5 knobs I had just installed to UPS for return. Easy to install, I've had them on for a while now. I have a big family, with all my family members coming and going I thought these door knobs weren't going to last that long, with grandchildren hanging on the knobs, opening and closing the doors!! I'm really impressed that all the door knobs have held up really good. The only complaints are from my younger grandchildren that they have to use 2 hands to open the door instead if one hand. Lol..that's ok, I really like them and there made really well. The light reflects through them, it makes a pretty rainbow color on the walls. I like them so much I also purchased the privacy door knobs! I priced around in other retailers stores locally they wanted $64.99 each door knob, which I had to order on line as well. I believe I got these for a really good price. I would most definitely recommend these door knobs to anyone. I think I installed all 5 in under 45 minutes. My doors look SO much classier than they did with the previous knobs.A few weeks after installation one of the glass pieces just...fell off. It’s just glued on there, and evidently not very well.
