Review: After a replacement, it is an awesome piece! - I love the style and appearance of this wallet. I really like the slim profile, and the contrast of combining metal, leather, and synthetic (silicone) components. I intentionally ordered the rawhide leather version with the multi-tool, with full intentions of not carrying the tool. I did this because I like the look of the rawhide leather better than the more red version (I believe it's called whiskey barrel leather?) without the tool. Plus, I figured it would be nice to have the option to use the tool if I wanted. I only took a cursory glance at the tool when I received it, so I don't have much to say about it, but it appeared to be well made and potentially useful. I have 2 cards on the leather side, 3 on the opposite side between the frame and plate, and a couple bills on the back. Everything fits great, and once it wears in a little bit, it is not too difficult to remove and replace the cards. 3 or 4 cards between the plates is about the maximum before the smaller plate starts to sit outside the main frame. It is designed so I do not believe the plate would slide out in that instance, but just an observation. I wouldn't try to hold more than about 6 cards total (without the multi-tool). I am excited that it is a rigid wallet, since I have had credit cards in the past start cracking after spending an extended amount of time in a more flexible wallet and being bent repeatedly when I sit on my wallet. This will undoubtedly protect and preserve the cards much better. I think it is worth mentioning that when I first received the wallet, I was actually pretty disappointed. The machining of the frame was pretty bad. There were misaligned edges and surfaces, burrs, and gouges all over. I actually had to go over the edges myself with a file to soften them so they wouldn't cut my pants. I took some pictures and sent them to their customer service, and everything went great from there... The owner actually called me himself to talk about what I had received and to apologize. We talked thru the design aspects, and their manufacturing process (I ate all this up because I am in the design and manufacturing world as well). He sent me a new frame, along with some other goodies to sweeten the deal. The second frame was MUCH better. All the edges lined up perfectly, no more sharp edges, and it just was obviously a much better made piece. Now I have no more hesitations in recommending this wallet, because it is exactly as I wanted it to be. The only thing that remains to be seen is how my pants hold up with extended use. I am a back pocket carry guy, and have had hard-edged wallets in the past eventually start wearing holes in my back pocket due to the hard edges of the wallet being in contact with hard surfaces I sit on. These edges are pretty smooth , but we'll see how it all plays out. I can say, though, that it is not uncomfortable at all to sit on.
Review: Nice wallet, solid construction, good utility, and just few minor things that could be better - The Good: - Solid construction - Quality look and feel - Ability to use wallet as extension of multitool - Knife that is unlikely to cut you when using wallet but likely to cut when you need it to - Ability to use wallet as a phone stand - Bottle opener without getting out multitool (and even when multitool is left at home) - The lanyard is handy for retrieving wallet from pocket - Dropping the multitool for flights allows for an additional card without adding to thickness Could Improve: - To maintain aesthetics, ease of use, and minimum thickness (which is already thicker than a pure leather alternative) affectively limits you to three cards without raised bevels (cards with bevels exacerbate the issue). Putting more than one card in the leather pocket makes it difficult to retrieve the cards and causes the front to bulge. Putting more than two cards behind the metal plate with the multitool will cause the metal plate to stick out beyond the metal frame exceeding the minimum thickness and detract from it's appearance. I limited my carry to my ID, one CC, and my insurance card which means I don't have a backup card unless I drop the multitool to make room for another card or accept the additional bulge. If you just want to carry three cards (without bevels), it's pretty ideal (the back plate is perfectly flush, and it looks great. I just wish that was true for four cards + the multitool not 3. I did manage to slip an emergency 20 out of site between the front and back, but more than one bill, and you'll start to get that bulge. - Sliding the multitool out and locking in place takes some practice and usually drags the cards next to it with it - One of the handier features in day to day life is the phone stand, yet it's on the bottom which requires you to take the tool out and flip it around to use it which is slow and takes a bit of practice not to get frustrated. It would be better to be on the top with the knife, the 2nd most useful feature in day 2 day life. Neutral: - Heavier than a pure leather alternative, yet not noticeably heavy either. If you are used to carrying your smart phone in one pocket, you won't really notice this in the other.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this get pass airport customs?**
A: I just flew from Asheville nc to Miami, from Miami to Mexico with the m007 gold limited that has equipped with the MT04 muti tool, TSA didn't say a word . Depending on who's checking I'm sure but in my case it wasn't a issue

**Q: Does it hold up when exposed to salt water?**
A: I don’t know but it does stand concentrations of methane

**Q: Is there a clip for cash?**
A: There's no clip. To expound though there's the leather envelope where I intend to store cash, or the aluminum section on the back side where you can store business or credit cards can hold cash also. Worst case scenario the Silicon band is sturdy enough to where you can tuck cash in it.

**Q: What is the multitool used for? What does a the multitool do? What is the purpose of the multitool? What are its special functions?**
A: Hi, there are over 14 functions. Some functions include a serrated and sharpened edge, paracord tensioner, 10/15mm hex, smartphone stand, nail pryer, ruler, etc.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Let's see what the hype is all about...Whoaa cooool!
*by T***D on October 6, 2019*

I was at a gun shop buying some accessories when I saw a customer pull out this sweet-looking wallet. I asked him "what the heck is that! That's cool!" He told me " Google Dango Products...they make some sweet EDC stuff like this wallet!" So I had to find out first-hand! First-time Dango customer here. Let me tell you, Dango just got another long-time customer cuz they got this tactical wallet right! I'm an EDC Everyday Carry enthusiast. I love anything tools, outdoor, gear, tactical/tacticool, prepper, camping. I purchased the T01 Spec-Ops w/ tan Cerakote cuz a lot of my knives and firearms have the same coatings...match made in heaven. I guess this wallet is made from CNC machined alloy and then Cerakote'd. What I can tell is the machining is top knotch. The coating is smooth and just flawless. I don't know what D-Tex is but it's pretty dope material, like some canvasy hi-tech rugged fabric. We'll see how it holds up but it looks like it's gonna do well! The wallet holds all the cards I have with ease and securely. Getting them out seems pretty fluid too. Did I mention this comes with a multi-tool called the MT-02? Oh man! This is so cool. There is some real garbage stamped multi-card-tools made from Pakistan and China that look horrible and function even worse. Not the Dango MT-02! This looks legit...seems like it has everything you'd need without having too many unnecessary tools. The finish is satin bead-blasted and looks awesome. I can't wait to test it on my campout next month especially the cool paracord tensioner. These guys went all out, even the graphics and packaging is cool! It comes in a tin can kinda like an Altoid tin which everyone knows makes a great EDC kit for numerous items. Packaging is clear to read and very informative. Now the only problem I have is...what the heck Dango Product will be next on my list TO BUY!!!! Great job Dango!
