It has Vit B12 methylcobalamin and intrinsic factor. Celiac may wreck the gut lining so intrinsic factor and HCl is not made in stomach cells. Intrinsic factor helps carry Vit B12 into intestines. This supplement helps me. I also take Natures' Plus- Source of life multiple, fish oil, Mg citrate, HCl and Now brand- Super enzymes with meals, dairy free probiotic at night and eat no gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO. Gluten is wheat/barley/rye..oats. GMO maybe corn/soy/canola oil and more. Low Vit B12 maybe due to Celiac. Tests may not work to diagnose Celiac. Vit B12 is very important for the brain/nerves/hemoglobin/prevent dementia/keep oxygen high in the body/brain/helps sleep and much more.
