Out of the 2 that came in this order, one them had a faulty seam on the bottom. The seam sealing the 2 sides together has a gap so when you put liquid in it, it just pours right through the base. You don't have the option to return just one item, so we just threw it away. It's also hard to clean the wiggly straw, so watch out for mold growth. Don't waste your money on this junky item. **Q: If you shake when full wii liquid spill out straw?** A: Yes, unless you cover the hole of the straw. **Q: Can you put hot soup,hot chocoalte** A: Unfortunately no, I bought several of these and they do not hold up even washing in very warm water. The tops are a hit or miss if don’t leak or fit properly. This has been a couple of years ago I believe since I purchased. They use to sell them at Walmart years ago. That brand was great.
