Fitting the pedals to my Stages Spin bike was very easy and my shimano cleats easily fit into the pedal and additionally the fitting can be adjusted for how easy it is to insert of remove your cleats via the small adjuster on the pedal. On the reverse of the pedal are the studs if you do no wish to use cleats and this provides excellent grip for any standard trainers you want to use.
