The caffeine content is low enough (70 mg, less than a small can of Red Bull) that I can drink one in the morning for a little boost, but not feel like my heart is going to leap out of my chest if I've been on a caffeine detox for a while. The blue raspberry flavor is really tasty and kind of reminds me of if raspberry and cotton candy had a baby. It's not a true raspberry flavor, but I love it all the same. The watermelon lemonade, on the other hand, tastes like a malt liquor beverage, but without the fun of the alcohol.
