Good product, shame about the packaging
The product is good and worked very well with my Pad Thai When I took off the plastic covering on the tub, I noticed it was very sicky and found the tub had a split on one side, not great and a sticky mess so I've had to move the sugar to another tub.

Give your Thai cooking a more authentic taste
Western recipes usually suggest adding brown sugar to Asian recipes that need a touch of sweetness. Palm sugar has a distinctive taste that definitely adds to the authenticity.

Taste is fine.
This palm sugar is rock hard their are softer plam sugars available which is easier to work with. I put this Palm Sugar into a pot of simmering water . Being very hard makes it difficult to get out the tube. Decent price though.
