I decided to begin having Complan to boost my vitamins and minerals because of hair loss due to poor diet, I chose to order the Chocolate flavour and was surprised by how delicious it tasted, made as instructed with chilled milk, (I decided to use full cream milk instead of semi skimmed) it replaced my morning cup of coffee and in the very hot Summer weather it was “just the ticket “ when I took a break from gardening. I decided to order the Banana favour this time and it is really nice to, Complan drinks only take a minute or two to make, the Amazon price is value for money ………and the Bonus for me, my hair is growing back and my appetite is returning. Speaking for myself only, these results are due in no small way to Complan I’m sure. Thank you 👍
