This ticked all the boxes. It's incredibly soft, the outline border is there, you just need to hoover the right way to lift the pile which isn't necessarily the same way on each side, besides I like the way it has darker and lighter grey mixed about. My only complaint is it a hessian back and slips and slides all over the laminate floor so now I'll have to buy a separate underlay to hopefully stop this, my previous smaller rug had a rubber back and didn't move at all. But overall I am over the moon with my purchase and highly recommend. Was delivered within 48hours. My only gripes are:1. It looks like one shade of grey. The difference between the two shades in real life is not as it shows in the photo, which is fine I guess as it still looks nice, but it's important to be aware you won't get what you are expecting.2. Quality Control isn't the best. Two of the corners are clearly not at 90 degrees, which is a bit of a bummer. Makes me feel like it's overpriced if quality control isn't very good.
