Fan is amazing!!!!!! Failed my home inspection cause of it... Lol, to much negative pressure on my house so we had to put a dummy vent in that ran to the outside to bring in air so it'd level out... Ha ha!!!! Looks great, very quiet, all my friends are jealous of the price and looks... Buy it

This is a beautiful exhaust fan. Except one of the light trim rings was not attached when I removed it from the box and I am trying to figure out how to attach it.

This unit would have received five stars if the first unit came in like the second shipment.....I am telling you, instructions were bad...real bad, and hardware was wrong. Interesting enough, the instructions were different on the second shipment (still not good, just better), and the hardware was correct (straight bar to hold stainless, instead of angle bar). Amazon was of course incredible and handled everything in a very professional manner with a high sense of urgency. Instructions still need lots of work, or, you can just ponder for a few days on how to install concealed brackets on wall then attach range hood... My advice to this company is to put a common sense person in charge of creating new instructions (someone not from engineering), fine tune the quality control for packaging of the brackets, and sales will go thru the roof. THIS IS A VERY NICE UNIT once you get it installed! Thank you Amazon!

I purchased this needing ventless. It appears to need venting. i made a mistake and order wall mount when i needed Island hood and now can not return the product. Next time i will buy at a store i can return the product to.

This is a beautiful Range. For the money it can't be beat. Personally I feel the lights aren't all that bright, but it is a stunning piece. As far as sound, it's a fan, expect noise. It's not overpowering, but it's noticeable. Would buy it again in a minute.

Meets my expectations. Love it!

Step one, order and wait for shipment. Step two, send wife for spa weekend. Step three, gut 16" x 36" and add cross beam to 16" studs. Mount holes are 9" spacing. Hard wire is best option vs the crappy plug they include, 6" opening works well with a standard tin 90 and exterior vent. Hang a few times to verify 1/4" from where drywall WILL be so the stainless cover mounts flush to ceiling. Crappy design of 90 degree bent stainless sheathing to radius cut glass. I am a machinist and sheetmetal guy so i made it fit like a teen screwing in the dark. Oh, Caulk n screw vent last!!!

There was a crack around one of the four bolts, which isn't visible to anyone but is disappointing due to its price & being brand new.
