Do these work well on clothing (for example if i used them on jeans or t-shirts)? How do you fix them and do they then wash ok?

Excellent on leather. Good results on denim but have to build up Couple of layers. Wash gently in cool wash should be fine. It is just acrylic paint that is water fast once dry

How can I speak to somebody about these pens which I have without opening a return, Im having issues with lots of them

I'm not an expert as I only just bought them myself. If the fluid is not coming through it might take a little while as you have to shake them when first use, then keep pressing down the point on a piece of paper, quite a few times. Hope that helps.

Is the ink permanent on say a rock, or can I/should I bake them in the oven and if I do, will they fade?

The ink shows better on light coloured stones or white acrylic painted stones When finished I give them one or two coats of Halfords clear lacquer. I find it just finishes them and adds some protection. Hope this info helps I also block in larger areas with artist acrylic coloured paints

Would these work on Terracotta pots?

Yes, they will work perfectly. However, if the pots are going outside it would be necessary to give them a couple of coats of weatherproof, clear varnish.
