Part Number ZW-1001. If you happen to also have a Philips Hue or an Echo Plus, this controller is an excellent fit. **Q: Is this capable of controlling color strips? Is ZB1025 is the part number on your site.** A: This is a single channel single color controller, so it cannot control color. The part number for the color model is ZB-1025. We have recently changed part numbers for the color model (the previous number was ZB-1005). They are identical but not all the marketing materials have been updated to reflect this as of yet. All orders will get the new model. **Q: Does this retain it's last on/off state after losing power?** A: It does not retain its state after a power outage. I even have it working with my Wink 2 Hub *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2019* Yes, the vendor states that this controller is not compatible with Wink's Zigbee protocol. That said...After several days of trying all of the programming steps...man times I finally have a reliable set up!This is how I did it:Power on the device and perform a factory reset, 5 quick presses of the program button or plug/unplug 5 times.After you get the 'reset' flashes unplug the unit.Open the Wink app on your portable device (I used an iPhone). Make sure your Wink 2 hub is powered on and has a solid blue LED.In the Wink app tap 'Add to Wink, select 'Browse all brands' at the bottom, select Zigbee at the bottom of the next page then 'Generic Zigbee Light Bulb'.Go through the pairing process in the app until you get to the 'Connect Now'. When you're ready tap it and wait for the app to connect to the hub (the hub LED should be flashing blue)Now, connect power to the dimmer unit. This will automatically put it into Network Pairing mode.The Wink should find it and add it to your app.This is where it got weird...After successfully pairing and being about to interact with the dimmer the unit 'appeared' to 'factory reset' after the 180 second pairing timeout period. After this the Wink app still shows the dimmer connected, but it cannot interact with it.The solution...Unplug the Wink hub for about 10 seconds. Plug it back in. This allows the hub to rebuild the Zigbee 'mesh'.Check your Wink app and you should have control once again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what I needed *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2021* Very happy with this controller. The zigbee setup was easy as can be with a Smart things 3 hub. What really makes this special is the momentary switch input. It's perfect for my lamp project, which I wanted to include a physical switch in addition to zigbee control. The dimming function can be controlled using the momentary switch as well, which is an added bonus. Fully recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Needs a high-power 12V+ power supply *by J***O on Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2019* After working with the manufacturer to troubleshoot the problem, we found that the power supply was not strong enough for the LEDs and the controller. After replacing the power supply with a stronger one, it paired right up. It remains to be seen if it will help with the Aqara buttons and sensors, but this is a much better position than before.Original review: Bought 2 but upon opening the box, the model number doesn't match what was ordered... ZB-1006 (received) vs ZB-1026 (ordered). Reset procedure as given in instructions doesn't work - lights attached just blink continuously a little faster than 1 blink per second.
