The day it was delivered, I started going thru 2 boxes of quarters (4,000 pieces) and 4 boxes of pennies (10,000 pieces). The next morning I took 2 pennies and a quarter to Fargo and sold them for more than the scope cost me! I still have 3 boxes of pennies to go thru, but I'm certain... NOT AT ALL bad for the the $.27 it cost me! The deal went great because I was able to send the dealer photos in advance and know for certain he wanted what I was going to drive 60 miles to deliver. I have a feeling I'm going to be spending a lot more time playing with this new toy. It was/is too powerful to photograph a whole coin, but certainly highlighted the 1969S double die, 1972 double die and the missing "T" on the kansas quarter. The camera when mounted floats freely in the adapter, so it's a bit of a challenge to take perfectly aligned pictures, but who cares?
