The knee cuff is much more comfortable than the metal bar on the basic stilts. I've found them pretty easy to learn; I've had them for 6 days now and walking and jumping are easy enough. Running is still difficult, but that will come in time. It should be noted that each stilt is about 10 pounds, and it takes some getting used to in order to move with that much extra weight. I am towards the upper weight limit on these stilts, and I find it easier to get them to jump or bounce that way. They are a lot of fun, great stilts if you want to be active and moving! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Fun & easy to use, but picture is misleading *by D***W on Reviewed in the United States on November 6, 2013* These are very fun & easy to get used to. However they don't come with the snowboard bindings pictured on here. There are Velcro straps for your feet. Seller says Powerisers made this new version since the binding ones weren't as safe, not sure if true or not. Anyway the Velcro straps are fine, just not as convenient as bindings would be. Also the Velcro straps for the legs are only secured on my small legs about 3 inches, so I will need to add more Velcro to each strap so more to work with. Overall a good product just a few things they could improve on.These were shipped fast & in brand new condition. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars tons of fun *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2013* These are super fun to be on but it does take practice to get used to them. I've had them for quite a while now and I still trip every now and then but I haven't fall yet so that's good. A big thing is to make sure you do practice and wear safety gear because falling would not be fun and without practice you will find out how to do a earth hug very fast and it wont be a very loving hug.
