Flow control valve(yellow tap), one-way valve and a silicone nozzle are pre-assembled on the hose. 3. close the yellow tap first and then fill the enema bag with purified/distilled water / coffee enema water at body temperature (97-100F, 37℃or so). 4. hang the enema bag with the hook around 1m above the floor,such as door, shower curtain rod. 5. open the yellow tap to let liquid flow to push the air in the tubing out and then close the tap 6. apply lubricant to the insertion tip, such as coconut / flaxseed oil or other lubricant. 7. lay on your right side near where you've hung the enema bag and stay close to the toilet. Naturally arches the left leg. 8. Insert the tip. Release the yellow tap until the water is flowing comfortably. 9. when all the enema water has flowed into your system, lay flat, relax, try to retain for as long as you can up to 15 minutes, and gently message your stomach area with your palm or 4 fingers in clockwise direction.
