To simplify cleaning, rinse the prep , cover and blade immediately after use, so that food won't dry onto them. The blending shaft, whisk head, chopper/grinder and mixing cup are dishwasher safe. Everything else wipes clean with a damp cloth. Whisk Tips ---------- Use the whisk attachment for beating heavy cream or egg whites. For best results when beating heavy cream, use a chilled and chill the whisk attachment.
