Would buy them again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dealing With a Too Dark Baking Pan *by N***Y on April 21, 2020* PROS: 1. Nice Size 2. Sturdy CON: Pan too dark--sides and bottom of biscottis bake up too dark. In that they must be baked twice, a lighter metal pan would be better. Possible solutions I researched this problem and found these suggestions: 1. Turn oven down 25 degrees. 2. Wrap aluminum foil around outside of pan. 3. Check for doneness 5 to 10 minutes earlier than recipe suggests. FYI: Biscottis must be baked the first time until they start to crack.
