Really helps to reduce bird mess
Really pleased with this item. Used it on a new pergola, where bird droppings were a problem. Easy to install using fishing line, and not too unsightly. Whilst not completely solving the problem, it has reduced the mess hugely.

Great for stopping birds from perching
These worked a treat to keep the birds from perching and pooping down our black rear garden fence. We used black 100lb fishing line as a cheaper alternative to the wire L and springs suggested and it’s worked a treat and barely visible.

These really did work for me
I have fat pigeons and noisy magpies who now think twice about trying to perch on the top beams of my new pergola. No more poo-laden decking! Huzzah! The only thing I did differently was to purchase 100lb fishing line rather than the steel wire - it's less visually obvious but the birds still see it. Great modular system, so it can go pretty much anywhere and very easy to put up.

Worked perfectly - ordered more !
We had pigeon trouble ! Sitting on our fence and cr*pping on our garden seats. I used the posts, but with some thin fishing line as someone else recomended and problem fixed. I've now ordered more to keep them away from another area where they roost and soil areas of the garden. The posts are easily fixed to trellis with small screws and are simple to install.

If you've got pigeons
Well if yo7 have pigeons that crap everywhere get these. You will need the wire , springs , and crimps too. But other that shooting them this is the next best thing.
