There’s a retaining washer that needs to be forced forward about 1/4 inch. I put the device in a vice and using a screwdriver and small hammer, tapped on the washer moving it forward. Works great with Magic Bullet suppository, other brands are a hit or miss. But man this thing is expensive and not great quality. I’ve bought like 3 or 4 of these over the last 5 years.
