I bought this because I recently had a total knee replacement. This massage roller has been a total game changer for me! I get sharp pains and my muscles will feel tight. The fact that you can use this cold and hot is amazing right now for my knee. You absolutely cannot beat the versatility with this device. I can only use cold things on my knee but for the muscles in my legs, I can use hot and this works wonderfully as both. It has helped me so much tremendously and for the price you absolutely cannot beat it. It rolls across the skin extremely smooth the material is very durable. And for a massage roller I think it’s rather cute. I picked the color green because green happens to be my favorite color.

This gadget was a game changer for me after knee surgery. I had intense muscle spasms in my quad and this massage roller helped immensely. It’s not too heavy and it’s easy to grip. Good for sore knees and trigger points. It works well, and stays cold for quite awhile. It would be nice if it were a bit longer or with an adjustable handle, but overall a good purchase.

I like the fact that it comes assembled, not all of these do. Its affordability is also a plus.

Bought this for post op pain after total knee repacement. I LIKE the round shape; it rolls freely and can easily get behind my knee for targeted pain and swelling relief. It gets super cold in the freezer and refreezes quickly. Lasts for a long enough period for treating target areas. It has a short handle so it does have limited reach - which might be an issue for some prople. For my needs it works well in reaching knee and leg areas and provides relief. I wish I had ordered this roller weeks ago!

Excelente para hacer masajes y relajar. Con el frío se siente gran alivio. Solo resaltar que no dura tanto tiempo frío haciendo masaje, pero creo es lo normal debido al intercambio de calor, no puede ir en contra de las leyes de la física :) Muy recomendado
