Yes it has good coverage and doesn't look like make up. May not give complete coverage but will make them less visible.

Is it waterproof ?? Can I wear it while on a beach ??

Personally I didn't like it...As it was very dark for my skin..Plus coverage was not tht good.. it claims to be waterproof but I haven't tried it..

Does it cover boil marks on the legs ???

Not totally but it it does cover minor to average pigmentation to some extent
