Simplifying Perspective: A Step-by-Step Guide for Visual Artists

The name of the book says everything. The book is in color so it is very easy to follow and understand perpective.

I am a right-brained person and it's hard for me to understand left-brain concepts, but this book really broke things down to a very basic level and made it easy to follow along. There were illustrations on practically every page showing how perspective works. My drawing has improved a lot now that I know how to add perspective. Really appreciate having this book for reference.

I had the good fortune of attending a winter term Art Center at Night "color class" taught by Robert Pastrano. His class instruction was superior and his book on perceptive is exceptional! A great investment for art enthusiasts that want to learn more about mastering perspective!

Great step by step layout. Easy to understand, and very helpful methods for making perspective work for you and not the other way around. Best perspective book I've read so far.

Perspective in a nutshell, not an overly playful tone in the writing but the book is full of diagrams which make it easier to process the information. It even covers shadow, reflection and value 'the other guy' makes you pay for his second book for that. If you're taking perspective\viscom in school or you're lucky enough to have Bob Pastrana as a teacher, I recommend this book.

Very simple and easy to understand, definitely helped with learning some basics that other instructors might assme the users are already aware of and skip. Definitely a great place to start if you are interested in learning this sort of thing.
