Excellent product - looks really smart and works well.

We recently had a full house rewire with neutral wires added, this is for the kitchen light This arrived and was an absolute pain to install as the back box is not very deep, I also purchased a spacer which is recommended, after a lot of faffing around with the position of the wires to go back into box it took some time to get it to sit straight, but once the screws were in and front plate on, it is working fine and so far pleased. Easy to set up with Smart life and got alexa to switch it on and off.

Works very well and was picked up by the Tuya App straight away with seamless integration with Google Home. The front plate seemed a bit easy to come away so I sealed around it with caulk. It presents as both a light and a switch panel (two devices) in the Google app which was a bit of a surprise, I think maybe this is because there are variants of this panel with two or more light switches.

I installed this switch to operate my bathroom fan,WiFi is through the Tuya app and it’s no problem setting it up,the switch has a blue backlight which is handy for locating in the dark and I use the timer mode to operate the fan twice a day to circulate the air,there’s also a Inching mode where every time you operate the switch it runs the fan to whatever time you have set and then switches off so if you forget to press the switch this is ideal,also the switch looks good and I think it’s a great price for what you get.

Switch was wired in correctly but does not turn on the light manually or through the app tried on multiple different rooms and does not work. The panel lights up but that’s it. Will be wanting to get a refund.

Excellent switch works as expected and with Alexa. I saw some people said that front lid wouldn't stay on and fall off, this is because it is wrong mounted, I did that mistake without locking in the manual. Corrected it and it won't fall off by itself, very secured and need a screwdriver to dismount it!

Not the one to usually write Reviews but thought I would spare a few minutes to appreciate this great product. Got installed today and most surprisingly amazing was the ease in which the switch set up to my devices (phone and Alexa). My switch boxes were not the same, some were deep enough to flush well with the wall, but some were not deep I had to add double plastic plates to make it neat. Fitted 7 of these and definitely buying 3 more to put into the other rooms I had thought wont need any. The other cool function is the timer. Works fine for me especially with the outside light. This unit (acquired for use in a bedroom) was not too difficult to fit, and was straight-forward to commission once fitted. Non-specialists need to be sure that they understand the need for the unit itself to feed back to neutral as well as to act as a switch for the light fitting(s), using separate wires for each of those functions - or else they should purchase a unit that does not have this requirement. This is made clear in the advertising.
