Excellent product and easy to inetall
Worked perfect! My lamp now works. It's easy to install and beats buying a new lamp that's poorly made.

Problem solved!! And a word about LED bulbs!
I have a china cabinet that's about 20 years old. It came with a hinge touch light with low, med, and high settings for the recessed lights in the top. Just recently the glue failed in the light bulbs that have been in it since we bought it. (We very rarely used the lights until we recently moved and now use the lights every night) The bulb separated from the screw in part, enough in one of the bulbs that the bulb failed to light up. When I went to remove the bulb thinking it was blown the glass part came off in my hand. Not understanding what was happening I tried to push it back in and caused a "pop-flash" which then blew the bulb and fried the part of the control box that turns the light on and controls the levels of low, med, high. We bought new LED dimmable bulbs hoping that was all we needed. Nope. When the cabinet was plugged in the lights were on. To turn them off you had to unplug the cabinet; the touch control wasn't functioning. So we found this replacement control on my best friend, Amazon, and ordered it. I had read some of the reviews that LED lights wouldn't work with this unit so I also found some incandescent bulbs on another website. These bulbs are 14R40 E26 mini floodlights. Very hard to find in the incandescent variety which will only get harder. So when this box arrived my husband switched it out. Took him 5 minutes at most. We put in the incandescent bulbs and it worked perfectly. Then I thought I've bought the LED ones so lets just try them. They work perfectly as shown in the video. I was only allowed one video on the review so I couldn't post the video of the incandescent bulbs. I feel like there is just a very small difference between the bulbs; the LED ones have a slightly less difference between the high and medium settings than the incandescent ones. As you can see in the video they are perfectly acceptable. Keep in mind these are DIMMABLE LED bulbs, which is probably this issue that others have had. At any rate, this box is a perfect replacement and I'm thrilled to have my cabinet up and running again!!

Didn't have to toss my favorite lamp!
My lovely bedside lamp stopped working. I love that it's a touch lamp, so it's very easy to turn on and off, plus it has charging ports. But a lamp that doesn't light isn't very effective. I found a video showing how to replace the touch sense dimmer, then found this replacement part. It took me about 15 minutes start to finish to repair my lamp using this part. It worked! I'm so happy with this perfect replacement part! Note that I'm a crafter and have done tons of household repairs in the past, but I've never done this particular repair before. It was very easy! The average person can do this!

Great instructions; Goes Off/On When Bumped!
I’ve never done this before, but I love my antique touch lamp that I purchased in 2000. It was a little bit different than the original one, but the instructions were very clear, so I was able to easily replace the sensor. It only took me a total of about 15 minutes! UPDATE Well, just a few days after installing, the lamp goes on/off every time I open the drawer of the table it’s sitting on. Is this a “touch“ lamp or “bump” lamp part? Why would the lamp come on, or go off if it’s already on, if something hits the table. It’s still working as touch control, but it’s “bump“ control is becoming annoying. I can’t get help from here, if you click that link in this listing, it takes you to questions regarding the “app“. There is no app here, just a lamp. Lowering my rating until someone can tell me what I did wrong when installing the replacement unit.

So proud of myself!
I am a senior lady, and was taught by my Mom many years ago how to rewire lamps. When one of the pair of my 3-way touch lamps (that I love) failed, I was upset because I could not find a replacement, and I didn't like any of the new styles that were available. I diagnosed the problem online and discovered that I could order touch control replacement parts. I was intimidated because rewiring regular lamps only involves 2 or 3 wires; this replacement was eleven wires! I read the easy-to-understand information on the Amazon page about how to do the replacement and figured for 10 bucks I'd give it a go. The replacement part came quickly and, within about a half hour, I had the lamp rewired, AND IT WORKS! (The hardest part was getting the old sensor detached from the lamp wires.) I'm so proud of myself and sometimes I go into the guest bedroom and just turn the lamp on and off :-) . I strongly recommend this product.

Work well
My mom had some turtle that you just touch in. The light comes on that stopped working. She had purchased a couple of these at Home Depot and I immediately hooked them up incorrectly and shorted one up these however come with directions and are easy to install so I would purchase these instead they worked well and solved the problem
