I am typing this review with the wraps warming my feet. I am a male with size 12 feet and these wraps fit me well. My 9 year old daughter has used them and they stay on her feet as well. They stretch to fit the foot. They probably would work for size 13 foot as well, but probably be difficult to get on for feet any larger. I charged them together in the microwave for 3 minutes and 30 minutes after putting them on the wraps are still providing heat, but it's fading at this point. Putting these wraps on your feet warms your entire body and relaxes your legs. From a medical point of view the moist heat these wraps provide increases the blood flow in your feet, but in layman's terms they just feel plain good on a cold fall evening. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Some Pros & Cons - *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 14, 2015* These slippers are most helpful when your feet are flat on the floor. And in that position, they are quite good. However, due to gravitational pull, any position other than feet-flat-on-the-floor tends to cause the beads to "flow", as Galileo accurately predicted, toward the center of the earth. The other issue is there exists a weak link in the slipper on the top, where you insert the foot, at the point where 'white cloth meets green piping'. This weakness can cause minor tearing (trust me, I know) which will allow beads to fall out should the slipper be inverted. Therefore, one needs to a) develop a proper "technique" for placing the foot into the slippers, and b) place same exercising sufficient caution, or c) have a needle and thread available. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ effective moist heat therapy *by D***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 8, 2021* These are the best way to warm your feet with moist heat which is more effective than heat generated from a heating pad. The beads surround your feet with soothing heat. They are not to be used as slippers. I even use them as hand warmers!
