Neither of them would charge with the provided cables, but just kept cycling "Unit On", "Unit Off", over and over after being plugged in. Neither would bluetooth pair with my sound system, and only one would pair with my Android phone, but only had 1.5 hours battery life and wouldn't recharge. Likes: The pairing lights worked as described, and the one that did pair with my phone do so easily and quickly. The sound quality of the bone conduction sound I could hear when the unit came on was quite good. I definitely will not be buying these again. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Sound Quality Isn't Very Good but it's Comfortable to Me *by K***T on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2020* I have fairly small ears and many bluetooth devices are uncomfortable but this one fits well. Mine is very loud and other people can hear it when I'm trying to listen to music or audio books. The sound quality isn't great, lots of crackles and occasional drops in connection/volume. Other cheap bluetooth devices I have are much more clear and have range of at least a few feet while this does not. Battery life is fair but not as good as similar devices. ### ⭐ Worst Bluetooth headset I have ever purchased *by C***G on Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2019* Would give this zero stars if I could. I used it for 2 days and it worked fine. Now the battery won't last more than a 30 min conversation and I can barely hear the other person. This is NOT a good or decent device whatsoever! If I didn't throw away the box I'd ask for a refund as the other Bluetooth headset I have is $5 more and has lasted over 6 months. I just wanted a backup.
